My Apex Dvd actor is acting up, it wont open to put in a new dvd. it still plays and is still functions. what can be done?
A: Try unplugging it from the mad then plug it back in if that doesn't work then you might have to take it apart to get the DVD out. Then you should return the DVD Thespian for a new one.
