Incorrect Advertising-Not A Sony Lamp
The ad definitely stated this was a Sony lamp. Upon receipt it is the cheapest lamp sold, the Sylvania Osram. They without doubt falsely advertised this product. Nowhere in the add did it state this was an Osram lamp, only that it was a Sony. Do not buy "SONY" XL2100 From River Valley...

How to remove/replace B card in Sony KDP-65XBR projection TV?
I am vexing to replace a B+ power supply card in a Sony projection TV. It won't pull out. Did Sony put a latch somewhere on the show-card or is there some trick to removing cards from Sony TVs?

If it is approaching a heat source it probably is stuck from the heat try using a tandem of pliers to pull it out, if you can grab it.
